FAQs
Pricing and credits
Is Artcraft free?
Yes, Artcraft is free to try. Every new account gets free credits, with no card and no subscription, so you can make images and videos before paying anything.
How are credits charged?
Video is charged per second of output, so a clip costs more the longer and larger it is. Images are charged per picture. The generator shows the exact credit cost before you press generate, and changes it live as you change the length, resolution or model.
What happens if a video fails?
Its credits go straight back to your balance. You only pay for clips that finish.
Do credits expire?
Credits from a one-time package never expire. Plan credits are issued every month, yearly plans included.
Do the videos have a watermark?
No. Every clip downloads as a clean MP4 with no watermark, on every plan and on the free credits too.
Can I use the videos commercially?
Yes, on every plan and every credit package: client work, monetised channels, paid ads and products you sell.
Can I cancel my plan?
Yes, any time from the billing portal in your account settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Which models can I use?
Every model on the site, on every plan and credit package: Seedance and MiniMax for video, Nano Banana and GPT Image for images. One credit balance covers all of them.
